As a Homemaker - Home Health Aide you will
Your role is to perform personal care services and household duties to improve the health of the client or the stability of family life. You will work with physicians, nurses, social workers and other members of the healthcare team to coordinate these services in the best interest of each client. Homemaker - Home Health Aides receive professional training in areas such as personal care techniques, working with the elderly, disabled and chronically ill, safety and accident prevention in the home, household management and child care. On-the-job training with a professional supervisor will supplement your formal classroom instruction. Professional supervision will provide continuing support in carrying out the responsibillities of your job. Homemaker Home Health Aides are warm and understanding, concerned and eager to reach out and help others to help themselves.
